1. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


4. Delivery Issues

  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@oneway.co.ke.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
